The Foundation has been established for an unlimited duration with domicile in New Zealand. The Foundation’s Purpose is not of a commercial nature. The Foundation is endowed by Michael Campbell. Voluntary donations to the Foundation’s assets, whether from Michael Campbell or other parties, may be made at any time.
Grants may be made from the Foundation’s annual investment income and the Foundation’s assets, provided assets do not fall below the amount originally endowed by Michael Campbell. Foundation assets will not under any circumstances revert to Michael Campbell.
The Foundation’s bodies are the Board of Trustees, the Management and the Auditors. The Foundation operates under the supervision of the Charities Commission of New Zealand (Charities Act 2005).
